The search for happiness is the basis of all human endeavours.

Whether it is by amassing wealth, achieving career goals, climbing mountains or even keeping a pet, the goal of all our actions is happiness. And it has been proven that a happy leader encourages productive employees, a happy parent nurtures balanced children, a happy citizen a very conducive society.

Yet, happiness is elusive because we look for it in the wrong places.

Through this coaching session, we combine the elements of modern emotional intelligence science with ancient proven techniques of mindfulness practices to show us how to inculcate it in our everyday. You will be taking home a tangible product that will help you in your mindfulness journey till you are ready to embark on the next level of training.
