Most canvas and jute bags are capable of carrying 8-10kg Are your bags machine washable \(canvas\) vs spot-clean \(jute\)? Most canvas bags can be washed but they will shrink on first wash. Jute bags are recommended to be spot-cleaned only. Do you offer hybrid \(jute + canvas\) designs? Yes we do have bags made of juco fabric \(jute + cotton yarns\) as well as designs that incorporate both jute and canvas fabrics separately for aesthetics. Can you send me some samples? You are welcome to come down to our showroom by appointment to view the vast range of samples on display. You can then borrow or purchase samples as per your requirements thereafter. What is your minimum quantity \(MOQ\)? Our MOQ starts from 1 piece\! There is no minimum order quantity for printing. However, printing costs generally decrease as quantity per design increases. We will send you a quotation with mockup within 1 business day. Can you give me a cheaper bag? Yes. We can suggest options for fabrics and styles that will help reduce the cost of your bags. We aim to meet all your requirements, but we do not compromise on the quality of stitches or printing in order to reduce pricing. ## Ordering, Quality & Delivery What can I expect from your company? Quick and personalized service\! Being a local Singaporean company, we are completely accountable for all our products. How can I be assured of quality? For every customized order above 500 pcs, we prepare samples for your approval prior to mass production. Also, we have a showroom right here in Singapore where you can personally inspect the bags physically before placing any order. How long does printing take? 1-2 days express, 7 days standard, 6 weeks for custom size. What is the lead time? If you select from our Ready Stocks items, delivery is within 3 days for unprinted bags and 1 week for printed orders\! For any other custom orders, standard lead time is 6-8 weeks for production unless we process under express charges. What payment methods are accepted? * **Credit Cards:** We accept credit card payments via Konigle Pay, our payment processing platform for online shopping. * **Local direct bank fund transfer:** via ATM transfer, Internet banking, over the counter cash deposit or cheque drop in at the bank.
